- Weather: If your junk trip is cancelled due to a Typhoon Signal 3 or above, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, you can reschedule or get a partial refund.
- Cancellations: Cancel more than 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Within 72 hours a fee may apply.
- Notice: We take bookings up to 2 days before your event, subject to availability — 7–10 days ahead is best.
- Delivery: quoted after booking, from HK$250.

### How do I place an order?
Order here on the website or WhatsApp us. We recommend booking at least 7 days ahead to make sure we're available.

### How far in advance should I book?
7–10 days ahead is ideal. We can take bookings up to 2 days before your event, subject to availability. For last-minute requests, call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.

### Is there a minimum order?
Yes — it varies by package; our junk sets start at 15 guests. For smaller parties, WhatsApp us directly.

### How many guests can you cater for?
We cater for groups of up to 100 guests.

### What areas do you deliver to?
All major piers in Hong Kong (Central, Causeway Bay, Kowloon, Aberdeen, Sai Kung and more), as well as private residences, clubhouses and venues.

### Is there a weather policy for junk boat events?
Yes. If your junk trip is cancelled due to a Typhoon Signal 3 or above, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, you're eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund. Contact us for the details.

### What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee.

### What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, FPS, PayMe, Alipay and credit cards. We confirm every booking on WhatsApp before taking payment.

### Do you cater for vegetarian, vegan, halal or allergies?
Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan and halal-friendly options and do our best to accommodate food allergies. Tell us about any dietary needs when you order and we'll make sure the menu is safe and suitable for everyone.
