Your details & how we use them
What we collect
When you book, enquire or sign up, we collect what you give us: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, your event date and place, your order, and any dietary needs or allergies you tell us about.
Why we collect it
- To arrange, confirm and deliver your booking, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To take payment and send receipts. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- To prepare food safely around the dietary needs and allergies you tell us about.
- If you sign up for party updates, to email you about upcoming junk parties. Nothing else.
Giving us these details is voluntary, but without a name and a way to reach you we can't take a booking.
Who sees it
Only the Bingaz Street Food crew and the services we use to run bookings: our website host, our email provider, Stripe for payments, and Telegram for the crew's order alerts. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the booking itself, for our accounts and for any follow-up with you. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Cookies
The site remembers your cart in your own browser. We only use analytics cookies if you say yes to them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or stop party-update emails at any time. WhatsApp us on +852 5729 2308 or email orders@bingazstreetfood.com and we'll sort it.
